In order to view our products and place a purchase, one will need to create an account with De Novo Imports. Once your account has been established, you will receive a confirmation email.  Once you click the link for confirmation, you can immediately start shopping. We will review your registration information and verify your Tax ID as valid reseller's ID. After opening an account, you will be given a two week grace period to process an order. If for some reason you are not able to comply with an order, your account will become inactive. We’re accepting major credit cards for your purchases.   A $500 minimum is required on your first order. After that, there is no minimum required for re-orders.
   
 
  Returns/Exchanges are accepted within only 30 days of your purchase if goods come in broken or defective and must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA). First contact your Sales Rep and notify them of shipment. You will be then be given an RMA number accordingly. We are unable to repair, replace, or accept returned merchandise after it has been sold to your retail customer. We reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee for any return that does not follow these guidelines.
